    Do you have a specific vision in mind or a design element you want to include in your suite? We’ll work together to capture your vision and create the perfect invitation suite. I’ll be with you every step of the way, and I can tackle the assembly and mailing, too. 

  • Acrylic Wedding & Event Signage

    You have a vision for your wedding day and I can bring it to life. If we’re already working together on your invitations, I can create matching acrylic signs to tie it all together. This includes your welcome sign, seating chart, signature drink, memorial & gift tables, and more.

  • Wedding & Event Paper Goods

    Let me help you with everything else. This includes everything from menus, escort cards, and programs to hotel bag inserts and custom cocktail napkins. These items are all fully customizable to match everything you picked for your wedding day.

  • Semi-Custom Wedding Invitations

    If you have a short turnaround time or a tight budget to work within, Dahlia’s semi-custom invitation suites may be for you. Choose a design and we’ll customize all of the text to fit your needs. Jazz it up with our invitation add-ons to make it uniquely yours.

Dahlia’s Step-By-Step Process

  1. Submit an inquiry & we’ll set up a consultation to discuss your print options, overall vision, pricing, and more.

  2. We’ll make it official. I’ll send you an agreement and a 50% deposit is due at signing.

  3. We’ll chat more about what you’re looking for, go over your wedding colors and vision, and then I’ll send you some initial examples to narrow everything down. 

  4. I’ll start designing! You can expect to see a draft within 2 weeks.

  5. We’ll have two rounds of design or text edits to make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned it. You’ll send me your final mailing list of addresses in the template provided to you.

  6. I’ll send you digital proofs of everything to review and approve.

  7. Your approved invitation suite will go to print!

  8. This will vary depending on what we’ve discussed for assembly and delivery.

  9. Your invitations arrive and your guests can’t believe how beautiful they are.

  10. The big day! We can’t wait to see your invitations included in your detail photos from your photographer.

FAQs

  • A standard wedding invitation suite includes the 5x7” invitation card, an envelope, a details card, and an RSVP card that sends guests to your website to RSVP, or we’ll include RSVP envelopes for a traditional mailed RSVP.

  • Anything! Colors, fonts, the wording on your invitations, etc. I can offer suggestions, and I have some favorites, but I’m here to bring your vision to life!

  • Yes! But you have to send me your guest list in an Excel Workbook. I’ll give you a heads up about this since I’ll work on your envelopes last.

  • Feel free to fill out an inquiry form with all the necessary information, and I’ll send over a quote to you as soon as possible! On average, Dahlia clients spend $500 + on a standard 4-piece invitation suite.

  • Yes! I can design those for you, as well.

  • Yes, sure! We can work together to make everything as cohesive as possible.

  • I can recommend some great vendors to create this for you, and then I’ll incorporate it into my design.

  • Yes! If you are based in the Philadelphia area, I am more than happy to meet with you! I have PLENTY of invitations, paper samples, printing examples, and more to show you.
